Our Philosophy

We do not plan weddings.
We compose stories in flowers, light & time.

Aayna means mirror. Every celebration we design reflects the people inside it — their roots, their humour, the quiet things they love. We work as a small, devoted team: a designer, a stage director, a florist, a producer and the family at the centre of it all.

From an intimate haldi in a Delhi farmhouse to a four-day affair on a Rajasthan rooftop, we hand-build every set, source every petal and rehearse every cue — so the day itself feels unrehearsed, full of breath and accidental beauty.

(01 — 06) What we craft

A service for every chapter.

01
Mirror mandap

Mandap & Stage Design

Architectural, custom-fabricated mandaps — from mirrored modernist altars to hand-carved heritage wood.

02
Floral installations

Floral Storytelling

Suspended gardens, marigold rivers, romantic English ceilings — flowers as architecture, never as filler.

03
Sangeet

Sangeet & Cocktails

Choreographed entries, immersive lighting design, custom AV — the night your family will dance about forever.

04
Destination weddings

Destination Weddings

Udaipur palaces, Goa shores, Jaipur havelis — full production, logistics & hospitality from invite to farewell.

05
Intimate ceremonies

Intimate Ceremonies

Haldi, mehendi, roka — small-table soirées that feel like a film still, designed for 40 guests with the same love as 4,000.

06
Reception

Receptions & After-Parties

Set-piece reveals, sparkler tunnels, midnight live acts — the closing scene worthy of the story you just lived.

Pheras under floral shower

— Saat phere,
seven promises,
one lifetime.

The ceremony, in our hands.

How we work

From first call to last dance.

  1. 01.

    The Sit-Down

A long, unhurried conversation — no slide-deck. We listen for the wedding hiding inside your stories.

  2. 02.

    The Mood

Hand-painted visual scripts, fabric swatches, flower studies — a single document that becomes our north star.

  3. 03.

    The Build

Custom fabrication in our Delhi workshop. We build, light and rehearse each set before it ever leaves us.

  4. 04.

    The Days

On ground, our crew of 40+ run the show invisibly — so you only ever see your family, your friends, your light.

  5. 05.

    The Memory

Two weeks later, we courier an heirloom box — pressed flowers, photographs, the script of your day.

i.

Flowers as architecture.

Twenty thousand marigolds. Six metres of suspended rope. Four florists for three nights.
One ceiling no guest will ever forget.

ii.

Light as a character.

We design lighting the way films do — soft golden hours for the vidaai, deep cinematic blues for the sangeet, warm candle pools for the pheras.

iii.

Time as a guest.

Every minute is choreographed. The bride's entry waits for the sunset — never the other way around.

Voices from our families
“They didn't decorate our wedding. They understood it.
Our parents still talk about that ceiling of jasmine.”
— Tanya & Vivaan · ITC Maurya, Delhi
“We had 1,400 guests and somehow it felt like a small dinner. That's the Aayna magic.”
— The Khanna family · Udaipur
“Three days. Zero stress. A mother-in-law who actually cried happy tears.”
— Megha & Rohan · Jaipur
“They built me a mandap I will see in my dreams for the rest of my life.”
— Ananya · Goa
